  • Communications Data: examples include instant messaging data, social media posts, postal content. (applicable to job applicants, clients, prospects, employees)
  • Work-related Data: examples include details of grievance, completed tasks, disciplinary proceedings. (applicable to employees)
  • Aggregated Data: examples include such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. (applicable to website visitors) Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

Purposes and basis for processing personal data

Varrlyn processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure (applicable to job applicants, clients, prospects, employees)
  • To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to use our services feed (applicable to job applicants, clients, prospects, employees)

Provision of (personal) data to third parties

Varrlyn will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. This includes at least the hosting supplier, the web designer and the administration office, who have their own privacy statement. Processing agreements have been concluded with the hosting supplier, the web designer and the administration office, which stipulate that they comply with the new GDPR privacy legislation.
