That one request set the wheels in motion for what’s now known as Varrlyn Staffing Solutions. A people-focused service line designed to bring international talent into the Dutch financial ecosystem. But what makes this approach different? And why is it so difficult for companies to do this themselves? And why do candidates sometimes respond with: “Just French fries with ketchup, please…”
