Varrlyn recognized for excellence in consulting and sustainability

We’re proud to share two milestones that reflect our ongoing commitment to quality and responsible business. At Varrlyn, we believe that doing good work and doing business responsibly go hand in hand. That’s why we invest not only in the quality of our consultancy services, but also in the way we operate as an organisation, from the way we work with our clients to the way we manage our impact on people and planet.

These two recognitions, one from the consulting industry and one from the world of sustainability, are a meaningful reflection of that ambition. They show that progress is possible when you’re intentional about it, and we’re proud to share them with our clients, partners, and colleagues.

Consultancy.nl Rankings

Every year, Consultancy Nederland celebrates the leading consulting firms across key industries and areas of expertise, and 2025 has been a strong year for Varrlyn.

We achieved a Gold ranking in the Financial sector, remarkably in our very first year being included in this category. We also secured Gold again in the Banking sector, and made meaningful progress in the Finance sector, advancing from Bronze to Silver compared to last year. Three sectors, three steps forward.

EcoVadis Bronze Medal

This autumn, we completed our annual EcoVadis sustainability assessment and were awarded a Bronze Medal, with a score of 63 out of 100, up from 50 the year before. This places us in the top 35% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis in the past 12 months, at the 65th percentile or above. It’s a clear improvement that reflects the steps we’ve taken to further embed sustainability into our organization.

EcoVadis is a globally recognized platform that helps companies manage ESG risk and compliance, meet corporate sustainability goals, and drive impact at scale. It evaluates performance across four key areas: environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

We’re proud of the progress made, and motivated to keep raising the bar.
